There is no need to relive experiences or go over old ground as I can work content free because the emphasis is on your eye movements alone when recalling negative emotional issues.
It provides a structured way of putting you back in control of your life.
By noticing where your eye gaze goes to when recalling an unwanted memory, I am able to establish the deep neurological level where they are held.
I then give you some easy eyeball exercises to do which will dramatically change that memory for you.
I identify the Lynch Pin that holds all the trauma and we simply change it.
The end result is that you will no longer be able to recall the memory as vividly, along with the feelings being watered down. They will no longer have such a dramatic impact on you.
